Vintage Inspired Retro Guilt-Free Brownies (Gluten Free)

These brownies are gluten-free. When I made these, I found it easy to ensemble and the process very enjoyable . In addition to creating this easy recipe, the taste delivers as it’s rich in chocolate and flavor. You will feel so guilty eating these but rest assured, the low sugar content and gluten fee flour makes it safe for fibromyalgia because it’s low on sugar and inflammatory properties. Enjoy!

1 package Bob’s Red Mill® Gluten Free Brownie Mix
3 Eggs
½ cup Shiloh Farms Allergen Free Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
½ cup melted Butter
¼ cup Water
Handful of Walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9 x 9-inch baking pan*.
Pour brownie mix into a mixing bowl. Add eggs, butter and water and mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean, about 35-40 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting. Makes 16 brownies.
*For a thicker brownie, use an 8 x 8-inch pan and bake for 5-10 minutes.
